The goal of a systematic review of Mille Mobili Emiliani is far more than a useful updating of our 1980 study from a historical point of view. In this volume we try to present a complete collection in terms of furniture style and examples in Emilia Romagna.
This volume covers more than a thousand unique pieces in 400 pages and 873 photographs and maybe it is the most extensive collection of the antique furniture in this region of Italy; it records centuries of craftsmanship in the home furniture industry, which has been highly relevant for trade and has rare significance thanks to the images it contains and its constructive elaboration.
